A fuzzy strategy
Every decision comes back to you.
A phased plan, written rules.

Multiply your output, not your hours.
Serensee helps SMEs adopt AI where it pays off: procedures, follow-ups, invoicing, support, steering. Plugged into your tools, used by your team.
Our teams work with
All the operational work still lands on you: data entry, follow-ups, support, invoicing.
What the systems take over
Every decision comes back to you.
A phased plan, written rules.
Clients welcomed differently depending on who picks up.
One procedure, the same for everyone.
Reporting built by hand every month.
Generated, reviewed, every morning.
The quote retyped into invoicing.
Connected: entered once.
We install AI on specific tasks: sorting requests, quote follow-ups, the monthly report, meeting prep. Each use has a written procedure, a connected tool and an owner who tracks the results.

Put into production, one by one.
What we install takes over the daily routine, so your time goes to high-value work.
The client report generated in one minute, the team managed in one place, figures up to date every day.
one minute per report
A four-step onboarding path, no re-entry. Organization first.
turnaround cut to a third
Follow-ups at day 3 and day 10 from your CRM, drafted by AI from the quote and approved by the salesperson.
zero forgotten quotes
Invoicing and reminders connected to the CRM and accounting. One rule and one connection, with or without AI.
payments come in sooner
An AI agent sorts requests and answers first-level questions. The team takes over the rest, under a written AI usage rule.
support workload absorbed
AI gathers the client's history and drafts the prep sheet. You walk in with the right questions.
you arrive prepared
30 min on video, leave with your 3 priorities, no commitment
The people who listen to you at the diagnostic are the ones who install, then the ones who steer. Each step has a duration, a deliverable and a checkpoint with you.

A services company? Let's talkThe people who install AI at your company are the ones who diagnosed it, then the ones who steer it. For each need, an expert works on site, alongside your teams: automation, finance, data, development, design.

Emile SardarianCo-founderHe leads delivery and adoption: what gets set up at your company, tested, then used by your teams.Procedures and workflowsAutomations and AI agentsCustom tools, team trainingWhen the company is growing but still runs on you: decisions wait, tools pile up, and each new stage of growth creates more problems than it solves. We work with established SMEs that already have a team in place.
If you still steer by gut feel and your weeks fill up with emergencies, now is the right time.
Both, and that is what sets us apart. The diagnostic produces a structuring plan; implementation installs the systems we agreed on; steering keeps them running. We never hand over recommendations without seeing them through.
In five steps: diagnostic, mapping, structuring plan, implementation, steering. Each step has a duration, a deliverable and a checkpoint with you. You can stop after the plan if you would rather implement in-house.
The free 30-minute audit, by video, costs nothing. The diagnostic is then a fixed fee, set at the end of that audit based on your company's size and scope. Implementation is priced system by system in the structuring plan, before we start. Steering is a monthly subscription with no minimum term.
You always know the price before you say yes.
The first system installed is the one that frees up the most time for the business owner: it goes into production in the first weeks of implementation. Our clients see the first measurable results within two months.
The engagement is designed to give you time back, not take it. We move forward on our own on most topics, with targeted check-ins at key moments to confirm the direction.
Your team is involved when it matters (interviews, testing, training) so that the systems are adopted and last.
No. Most of our clients start with a subscription to an assistant that two people use now and then. The diagnostic tells you where AI belongs in your company and where it does not; implementation installs it in your tools, with written AI usage rules and a trained team.
Named tasks, never a principle: an agent triages incoming requests and handles first-level replies, quote follow-ups are drafted from the quote and then approved by the salesperson, the monthly report is generated from your figures, and the prep sheet for a meeting is ready before you think of it. The rest (onboarding, invoicing, delegation) is organization first, with or without AI depending on real need.
That is our problem, not yours. Each system is tested with the people who will use it, the usage rule is written with them, one person is responsible for it, and we measure real use after go-live. What is not used gets adjusted or removed: a tool that is installed but not used does not count as delivered.
It is where most of our clients start. The mapping exists precisely to see what is there, what is used and what should be replaced or connected. We do not start from zero: we give structure to what you already have.
Only the people working on the engagement, under a confidentiality agreement. Automations run on your own accounts and tools, and we keep no client data once the engagement ends.
Let's look together at what's holding you back. Thirty minutes to understand your business and tell you where to start, with a cost and a timeline.
