What we collect

The 1-minute estimate

The calculation runs in your browser: as long as you are answering the questions, nothing is sent. Your answers (team size, department concerned, estimated hours) and the result of the calculation are sent to us only if you click “Get my time back” to start the analysis. They reach us by email, are used to prepare the free audit and, if you book, are attached to your appointment request.

Booking an appointment

To book the free audit through the Cal.com scheduling tool, you provide your name, your email address and, if you wish, a few words about your needs. This data is used to organize and prepare the audit, then to follow up on our relationship. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

The contact form

The form collects your first name, your last name, your email address, your message and, if you wish, your company name and phone number. This data is used only to answer your request. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us.

The message is sent by email to Serensee, its only recipient; it is not stored on this site. It is sent through our processor Resend (United States), under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We keep your message and our reply for three years after the last contact, then delete them.

Audience measurement

This site uses no tracking cookies and no audience measurement tools. If that changes, this page will be updated beforehand.

Recipients

The data is accessible only to the members of Serensee and to our technical providers: Cal.com for appointment booking, Resend for sending contact form messages and estimates, our customer relationship management tool and our email service. They act on our instructions and do not use the data for their own purposes. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States), under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention period

For the duration of our relationship, then three years after the last exchange, unless the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

You may access, rectify or erase your data, restrict its processing, object to it or request its portability by writing to contact@serensee.com. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
